Users of the HPC PERUN supercomputer have access to professional technical and user support, which assists in troubleshooting, environment configuration, and efficient use of computing resources.
The support service is available to all registered system users, from students and researchers to technical staff and project administrators.
The team of experts provides assistance with:
- access and operation within the computing environment,
- data and user account management,
- consultations regarding the use of the HPC infrastructure,
- resolving technical issues and incidents during operation.
